Filmmaker Polaris Banks has made a fan movie based on the bad-ass, hockey mask wearing vigilante from TMNT.

Here is the trailer again in case you want an idea what to expect..

I haven't watched it yet but apparently it features a surprise cameo from a member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rogues gallery and it well worth a look. I will be watching myself as soon as I get a chance.

Was not expecting a turtle.to pop out great costume, but did you think that it was Raphael and not Michelangelo because of the way he was moving around.

I think all the designs should be based on the work of David Rapoza. Just saying. If you havent seen his concept work for the turtles, then you should check it out!
He's on deviantart, Davidrapozaart

I think the first movie was about as good as could be expected. They didn't make it too like the cartoon but did have a bit if the "Cowabunga" stuff too obviously. The best version I have seen was the second cartoon from the early 2000's. Remember that? [frick]in awesome

Pretty badass!

Now just make a new dark and gritty TMNT movie!:)

And yeah Zack Snyder as the director. If not him then Vincenzo Natali (Cube, Splice) or Marc Caro & Jean Pierre Jeunet (City of Lost Children, Dante 01, Alien: Resurrection, Delicatessen)

I think it would be pretty cool if the Turtles would be made with practical effects ala Hellboy. Great actors behind the makeup of course.
If they would make the characters look dark and shadowy i think they could pull it off.

The fight scenes should be something like Ninja Assassin combined with Watchmen.

Taylor Kitsch or Josep Gordon-Levitt as Casey Jones

I like the turtles with a meaner grittier edge to them. The first black and white stories wasn't very kid friendly.

That was not badass or awesome. I give it to him for trying but it was ok if anything. Raph is supposed to fight with Casy not mike. But when he did Mike did come out that or Raph, who ever it was, it was the best scene. Casey could handle his own show or movie but you want to see something good, go look up the Balrog Behind the Glory movie.

It's Raphael, not mikey, why would anything think it's Mikey lol? The guy playing Raph is doing the EXACT same hand gestures as the Raph from the original films. He does it so well, which is impressive. And it's a re-imagining of when they meet like they did in that park scene from the original movie. It's not like we have to do some advanced mathematical calculations to put two and two together lol.
*Oriental voice*- NO MORE BE DUMB! *Smacks*

And btw, this is pretty sweet, love the music from the old movie, and his mask looks great. I'm glad that it's violent. The camera quality is outstanding, looks like an actual blockbuster movie.

I think if they rebooting it NOW, and had BeBop and Rock Steady as side villians to Shredder, it'd be a huge hit. EVERYONE likes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, regardless of their age.

I think TMNT would be a great reboot - especially if they keep it dark and gritty like the first one was. No where near as campy as the cartoon. Long as they keep shredder a bad ass

Awsome idea to make a movie about Casey Jones, and the acting very good. The fighting choreography was big disappointment in my opinion. I was expecting much better moves from Michael-Angelo and the Foot-Clan. Some of the ninjas didn't even attack at all. I was really surprised to see Krang on the Streets. This is one of the best fan-made movies I've seen so far.

so I just saw nunchucks watching it again, so I guess it IS Mikey, my bad.

I really wish TMNT could go back to their darker comic roots, in a movie.

As much as I want a hard pg 13 on the turtles reboot I won't hold my breath.....this was a fun ass fan made movie. Took me back to childhood cj would make a killer Syfy film. They should give this guy a budget to do it oh and a better choreographer.
