Paramount Pictures have released over eleven minutes to B-Roll footage from the Michael Bay produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and we get plenty of great new scenes from the movie, including a fair few which could be considered pretty spoilery...

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.
 



Starring Megan Fox, Pete Ploszek, Johnny Knoxville, Noel Fisher, Jeremy Howard, Alan Ritchson, Danny Woodburn, Tony Shalhoub, William Fichtner, Will Arnett, and Whoopi Goldberg, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be released on August 8th, 2014.

Why are marvel fan scare of TMNT beating them at the BO. If it gets beaten it doesn't mean GOTG wasn't a successful BO hit... it just means that TMNT was a good movie and people are going to see if over GOTG, which they have probably already seen this week...

Megan Fox's delivery is just atrocious. I would say that's porn level acting but that's an insult to the adult film industry.

Can't say too much about Megan Fox being casted but oh well, it is what it is. I guess it's easy to say that I've been waiting for this movie for almost 20 years since the horrible 1993 film. As a huge TMNT fan, I'm hoping this takes away the number one spot from GOTG next weekend. Even though I'm not interested in GOTG and it's awesome all you people enjoyed it, I'm hoping this movie just knocks things out of the park. GO GREEN MACHINE!

As for the Turtles, looks like a fun movie & Shredder seems pretty bad ass, really looking forward to seeing him battle the Turtles.

Nothing against Megan Fox, but I think Anna Kendrick should have got the April role, something about her just says April to me & well, her acting is better than Fox IMO.

I hope Guardians of the Galaxy thrashes this movie next week. I also hope Guardians of the Galaxy earns more than Transformers. You know why? Because Frick Michael Bay... that's why. He needs to be arrested for his constant rape of my childhood.
