The first set of images, are concept art for Master Splinter (voiced by Tony Shalhoub) that I happened to come across. I spoke with the artist Daren Horley ("The Dark Knight") and he informed me that these were very early pitch designs. The next set of images are from Film Sketchr's latest article featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles concept art created by Nathaniel West. The two I included are "Shredder's Torture Room" and "Splinter's Work Area." You can see the rest of them by clicking here.

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.
