Knew all of those except for the Robin Williams one. That's pretty cool.
I gotta say, though, the movie adapted more things from the comics than the Nostalgia Critic seems to realise. Including Raphael's characteristics. They didn't change it from the cartoon, they just went with the comics version.

I'm loving the Easter Eggs from the 2014 version, too.
The white board with Stockman and TCRI on it.
TCRI on the mutagen.
Stcoman himself in one shot, played by K. Todd Freeman.
Whoopi calling April Nobody.
They also had a lot of cool callouts to previous versions, such as:
The scene from the 1990 movie, wherein Leo slices pizza with his Katana, only to have one slice land on Splinter's head. Also they save April from the Foot in the subway, as Raph does in the first film. There are also nod to the dreadful sequels, with April taunting Shredder with the last vial of oze being similar to the end of TMNT II: THe Secret of the Ooze and the viral video of the Turtles being Yokai and the prophecy that they will return, being similar to the beginning of TMNT III.
At least two scenes from Mirage are adapted for the first time. One of them being the turtles mimicking Splinter's ninjitsu from #1 and the scene where the Turtle's run into a fvckload of Foot slodiers at the bottom of the building, from Return To New York.
April going through the box with her Dad's old research is also reminiscent of the issue in Volume 4, when Renet takes her back in time as a fly on the wall.
There's also stuff from the 4Kids cartoon, such as Sach's making a speech as a businessman, about helping the city of NY combat crime, as Saki does in the Exodus episodes. And Raph telling Mikey to never say "Cowabunga" again. Also the Turtles' capture is reminiscent of Turtles Forever.
Then there are a lot of elements from the new Nicktoon, such as Splinter's strict approach to his young children, the general dynamics of the group and intimidating somebody who just took a picture of them on their phone (like the episode "Turtle Temper"). Also the Shredder's face is similar to his Nicktoon's appearance (bald, beaten and burnt). The last battle with Shredder was set against the backdrop of a mutagen-virus-bomb thing that would be unleashed on the city, which was also the situation in the episode "The Gauntlet".
Then there are all the elements from the IDW comic, such as the turtles new origin. April's dad and Stockman working for TCRI and working on the ooze, turtles and Splinter. April naming the Turtles. The Foot attacking the lab, etc.
Also, there are all the elemnts from the Fred Wolf cartoon, such as Channel 6, Vernon, Burn Thompson, Pizza, Cowabunga, the Party Wagon, the theme music, etc.
Also April's coat was yellow as a nod to her yellow jumpsuit from the Fred Wolf cartoon. This was when she was a reporter, as she ws in the carton. However, when she was a young lab assistant, her coat was blue, as a nod to the color of her jumpsuit in the comics, in which she was a lab assistant.

All TMNT adaptations are different, but they are al anchored to the same basic through line from the original Mirage comics. This movie is no different as it adapts issues 1-7.
#1 - We see the origin of the TMNT and their enemies, the Shredder and the Foot.
#2 - The TMNT save April from the bad guys (who are working for Stockman's company); April is fired; They take her back to sewers and relate to her their origins; The sewers are attacked (by people from Stockman's company, one of them with a modified robotic suit); then they go to one facility (of Stockman's company, where Stockman himslef is present) where April is frantically pushing buttons at a computer terminal with impending danger. There is a fight and they are outta there.
#3 - They get in the van and there is a big-assed chase scene.
#4 - They break into the main tall building in New York (of the company whose TCRI ooze created them).
(#5&6 sees the TMNT in outer space/Dimension X)
#7 - The (TCRI) building goes to shit and the TMNT escape and Splinter is healed.
It only really strayed away, by having Splinter remain injured in the sewers, instead of being taken back to TCRI and given healing ooze. As TCRI (or Sacks Industries) was evil in this interpretation, the Turtles had to go get the healing ooze and bring it back.
They also didn't go off into outer space to have a big cosmic adventure. There is talk that the sequel will be taking the TMNT to Dimension X, though, so they will be back on track soon enough.
Oh yeah and Shredder fell off the roof to his death, as he did in #1 and in the first movie.
Also... Karai! In live action! Awesome!
Anyone else notice anything from either the 1990 version or the remake?
