Warner Bros. has released three new character banners for The Flash, and, compared to some of the recent superhero movie posters we've seen, these aren't half bad.

The posters spotlight our new big-screen Supergirl (Sasha Calle), Batman '89 (Michael Keaton), and the Scarlet Speedster (Ezra Miller).

Early word on the movie has been fairly positive, but the full reviews may tell a slightly different story. Either way, The Flash is expected to perform a lot better than the last few DC Comics films (to be fair, that wouldn't be a major accomplishment).

Will Miller stick around as the Fastest Man Alive? If this film makes bank, we wouldn't bet against it.

Check out the poster below.

"Directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash features Barry Allen traveling back in time in order to change events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to help. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian…albeit not the one he’s looking for.

Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?"

The Flash is produced by Barbara Muschietti and Michael Disco, with a screenplay by Christina Hodson, an a screen story by John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein and Joby Harold, based on characters from DC. Warner Bros. Pictures presents a Double Dream/a Disco Factory production of an Andy Muschietti film.

The Flash will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures and is set to open in theaters in North America on June 16, 2023 and internationally beginning 14 June 2023.

It would be the biggest missed opportunity for them to get Keaton back in the role and NOT give him a solo movie.

@Th3Batman - I'd see that

@Th3Batman - bring back burton and have no studio interference and its a deal. till then no.

@grif - I think it would be very difficult for WB to get Burton back. There's also the fact that he's far more interested in the villains than Batman, so if we were to get a third Keaton movie, the last thing I want to see is him take a back seat to some villain.

Love seeing Jack Nicholson in the end credits. He's still got it.

@prettynucIear - His Joker's dead and Jack retired 13 years ago.

@CoHost - Not according to Birds of Prey (TV series, 2002) and the newspaper that Alexandra Knox was reading in Crisis on Infinite Earths (2020) and this weeks Batman #900.

The Joker coming back to life in the Burtonverse was always the plan, since at least the Batman Triumphant days.

@prettynucIear - When did you see the end credits? Not at cinemacon, because they didn't show them.

@prettynucIear - I hope Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman appears in a post-credit scene. She can tell Bruce..."My last life I want to live with you.

If Stallone could get an Oscar nom for returning to Rocky, there's no reason why Keaton can't get one for returning to Batman.

@CoHost - I don't think this is the kind of movie he'd get the chance to show what he can do, he'd need a grounded solo movie for that. They could make a movie that tells the final story in his career before retiring (setting it before Flash).

@Himura - Helmet mask is clunky and huge looking, they're able to lessen it via pose/editing in the poster

Ezra Miller drama aside... People in here really like to hate on everything right? Lol

I like Batman's poster. Looks very comic book-ish or like an action figure.

Batman's pose makes zero sense: looks like he's about to run off of the platform.

@tylerzero - my God, you're right! However will Batman deal with the edge of a platform? I hope he's okay

@ProfessorWhy -

Your sarcasm completely misses the point. It's all about context: You shouldn't have to make the audience ASSume there's a legit reason Batman is about to run off the platform when it doesn't lead anywhere but into a bottomless pit.
