Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all. It opens in theaters November 8, 2013.

the dialogue is fine, not the best but I do like it feels like actually siblings fighting, like one sibling saying he should drive while the othe does not let him, its cool,i want those relationships in the mo and what I have heard, those relationships are the strongest point of the film, the movie hasntbeen getting negative reviews atleast the ones I have seen, its mainly ranging from alright to great which is fine imo

marvel makes movies more based on comics and in story(with some differences to surpise the audience) and in style, that's why they have much comedy in it because comics have as well in a way of sarcasm like the marvel movies...thas why the reviews are so distinct because either you will love it or you will hate it..and most comic book fans will love it!

I know we are getting lots of complaints about the amount of humor in these films because of iron man 3,thats shane blacks style, subverting peoples expectations and a lot of the humor from the movie comes from the subversion and from what I am hearing so far, thor ,barring maybe 1 or 2 scenes, has a good balance of action, character and humor and the interviewers bring the humor up a lot too because its humor that works in the films and is actually funnier then most comedies

yeah, what's up with the dialogue? where is all the pseudo-psichological stuff or the introspective and deep BS people like so much nowadays? :P

it's an action scene, I don't expect them to start quoting Shakespeare.

@BaneSmash - This ship serves a purpose in Thor's plan to escape. Wait for the movie to see it. It makes sense.

gusto's pic just eclipsed this whole thor clip for me.

the clip is not bad but its not the action im expecting and hoping to see. I want to see more of thor action power a la man of steel with lots speed, agility, and strength.
the movie has a nice star wars and lord of the rings feel, but I am not expecting greatness in this movie at all. it should be decent enough tho.

"he's flying a ship, this is Star Wars!"
"he said a joke, this is a comedy!"
"an action scene, this has no deep!"
