Amazon.com has listed the Thor Blue-Ray and DVD's for sale already although no word on when the film will actually be released. Prices brake down as followed:

Thor (Three-Disc Combo: Blu-ray 3D / Blu-ray / DVD / Digital Copy)- $31.99

Thor (Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo + Digital Copy) (2011)- $24.99

Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present the epic adventure, "Thor," which spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth), a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and is forced to live among humans. A beautiful, young scientist, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), has a profound effect on Thor, as she ultimately becomes his first love. It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.

Once again there is no mention of a release date but make sure you follow the source link to pre-order your copy of Thor!

I want to see the 20 minutes of extra footage, and some more of the vault. Maybe like, bios? Explaining what they are?

And does any one else remember them in some interview saying how something was missing in the vault, and that would have relevance? Maybe it has something to do with the cosmic cube.

I hope it's soon,I wanna watch this movie again. And hopefully there is 20 more minutes of footage, because when I seen it at the theatre,I said it should have been about 20 minutes longer. It just seemed short to me.
