Transformers 4 And 5 May Film Back-To-Back; LaBeouf Out, Statham In?

Michael Bay looks likely to return to direct two more transformers movies, which will be shot back-to-back! As for former leading man Shia LaBeouf, it looks like Jason Statham will indeed be taking over from him...

Showblitz report that Paramount and Hasbro (who we have already discovered are considering more Transformers movies) are now considering shooting fourth and fifth movies back-to-back with "active discussions" said to be taking place. Sources close to the site have informed them that it's likely two films will be produced at the same time due to the massive savings this ensures the studio. Screenwriter Ehren Kruger reportedly has an well liked idea for the two future installments, but they do NOT include Shia LaBeouf, who’s says he’s moving on, with other close sources indicating that it'll be Jason Statham who takes over. And what of director Michael Bay? Well, he's interested in returning to direct, but that may mean Paramount will have to wait for him to finish work on Pain and Gain first. He will however return as executive producer alongside Steven Spielberg.

if so i think they should focus more on the robots!
not the humans..the first 3 was basically taking over the human race or trying to and autobots just stop them from doing so

@Prot3ctor exactly. I imagine it is way more expansive to make a real looking world and everybody in it than it is to make a cartoony looking. even if it has great graphics.

Just wondering if making it look real wouldn't be way too expensive...

sorry kids, I frackin hate the Transformers movies. I loathe Michael Bay. I'm no angel and generally not a prude, but marketing to kids then dropping in cuss words and sexual innuendo is just sick. He wants your kids to grow up to be douches.
