Fans of Vince Gilligan's carefully crafted Cinematic Universe are in for a treat on AMC over the next month and a half. The station is holding what they are calling the Breaking Bad Programming Event, which will see the immensely popular AMC drama Breaking Bad receive a proper marathon over the course of five Sundays - one for each season.

Beginning Sunday, January 19th and continuing for five Sundays, Breaking Bad will finally conclude on Sunday, February 16th with its final episodes of Season 5 before El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie makes its television premiere that same night.

The movie previously saw a limited theatrical release alongside its popular Netflix release, but this is the first time it will be seen on AMC - or anywhere else on television for that matter.

The whole event is leading up to one something else Breaking Bad fans are looking forward to next month, and that is the inevitable return of Better Call Saul with Season 5 premiering on Sunday, February 23rd.

At this time it is still up in the air as to whether or not this will be the final season of Better Call Saul, but with as far as Jimmy has come in his transformation and only about a year left time-wise before the events of Breaking Bad, its hard to imagine that the show will go on too much further.

Was weird enough to see Jesse Plemons on first viewing, imagine how weird its going to be seeing him in El Camino, back to back with Breaking Bad, Felina

They should have squeezed in seasons 1-4 of Better Call Saul.
This would ensure that viewers will die of too much mother-bleeping TV.

Loved this film. It was solely made for fans of Breaking Bad. Was it necessary? No. Did it add onto the ending of BB? Sorta.

But the greatest gift of all was giving closure to the characters and actors of BB. I loved how they didnt bother with de-aging or making the actors gain/lose weight. Great writing and acting.

Lets see how Sopranos comes out.

Should've done this during the holidays when people were actually home!
