With the Crisis nearly upon us, The CW has released an extremely ominous official trailer for DC TV's highly anticipated "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover event, featuring tons of new footage and first looks at the returns (and arrivals) of
Smallville's Clark Kent (Tom Welling), Pariah (Tom Cavanagh), Black Lightning (Cress Williams) and Kingdom Come Superman (Brandon Routh).
The upcoming crossover will see iconic DC characters from
Supergirl,
The Flash, Arrow,
Legends of Tomorrow,
Batwoman,
Black Lightning,
Birds of Prey,
Lucifer and
Smallville unite to save the multiverse from the biggest threat it's ever seen.
The highly anticipated event will feature special appearances from all across the multiverse, including Tom Welling as Clark Kent/Superman (
Smallville), Erica Durance as Lois Lane (
Smallville), LaMonica Garrett as The Monitor/Anti-Monitor, Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent/Superman (Earth-38), Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane (Earth-38), Jon Cryer as Lex Luthor, Cress Williams as Black Lightning, John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen/The Flash (Earth-90), Johnathon Schaech as Jonah Hex, Osric Chau as Ryan Choi/The Atom, Ashley Scott as Helena Kyle/Huntress (
Birds of Prey), Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar, Stephen Lobo as Jim Corrigan/The Spectre, Burt Ward in an undisclosed role and Kevin Conroy as future Bruce Wayne/Batman.
Both Brandon Routh (
Legends of Tomorrow) and Tom Cavanagh (
The Flash) will be pulling double (and possibly triple) duty for their respective shows. Routh will suit up as both The Atom and Kingdom Come Superman, while Cavanagh is expected to play Pariah in addition to the latest iteration of Harrison Wells as well as the Reverse-Flash.
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" begins with
Supergirl on December 8, followed by
Batwoman on December 9,
The Flash on December 10 and concludes with an
Arrow/Legends of Tomorrow double header on January 14, 2020.

THE KICKOFF TO THE EPIC TELEVISON CROSSOVER EVENT, CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS - The Monitor (guest star LaMonica Garrett) sends Harbinger (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) to gather the worlds' greatest heroes - Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin), Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell), Batwoman (guest star Ruby Rose), White Canary (guest star Caity Lotz), The Atom (guest star Brandon Routh) and Superman (guest star Tyler Hoechlin) - in preparation for the impending Crisis. With their worlds in imminent danger, the superheroes suit up for battle while J'onn (David Harewood) and Alex (Chyler Leigh) recruit Lena (Katie McGrath) to help them find a way to save the people of Earth-38. Jesse Warn directed the episode with story by Robert Rovner & Marc Guggenheim and teleplay by Derek Simon & Jay Faerber (#509). Original airdate 12/8/2019.
