In the midseason finale of The Flash, Barry Allen was forced to witness the murder of Iris West, but in a blink and you'll miss it moment, a news report could be seen playing in the background with news of Plunder being sentenced for his crimes. Well, in the hope of stopping the future from coming to pass, the Scarlet Speedster is going to refuse to take him down, so Kid-Flash is going to have to step up!

For more on what to expect from "Borrowing Problems from the Future," here's the new synopsis:

BARRY FIGHTS FOR IRIS — Barry (Grant Gustin) is tormented by his vision of the future where Iris (Candice Patton) is murdered by Savitar. When a criminal named Plunder (guest star Stephen Huszar) shows up in Central City, Barry recalls the villain’s presence in his vision of the future and fears that if he catches Plunder, it will cement Iris’ fate. Confused about Barry’s hesitation to stop Plunder, Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) decides to step in as Kid Flash. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) offers Julian (Tom Felton) a job. Millicent Shelton directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree & David Kob.

@blitzkreg - the mask is way too large for him, and the bottom chin section is just slogging.

It's a mess.

Geez, with all these speedsters running around, you'd think they could lend a few of them to other cities. That dude with the bow and arrow sorta looks like he could use all the help he can get.

Also, it's a good thing fans of the CW superhero shows don't give a flying bleep about good writing or something as inane as "logical screenwriting." You gotta be a 10-year-old or one with a 10-year-old's mentality to think this stuff is actually, you know, good.

@JohnSmithXXX - The writing is no less different than what the comics have depicted for decades...hell, when I read every issue of Flash in Rebirth (which is an AMAZING Flash book, by the way), I can hear the TV voices for certain characters.

That fight was just humiliating

@ClaytonBigsby - Notice how Rousey had that stupid angry pouty face right up until the fight starts. 14 seconds later she is backing up with a look of sheer fright over her face. She was supposed to be the best ever, but was totally defenseless in 2 fights.

It was the same fight we'd have seen if Nunes was in the ring giving amateurs from the seats a shot at her. Though some of the amateurs might last longer.

@ManDeth -

Couldn't have said it better, though it is also the coaches fault (whomever the hell gave her the idea that she could go toe to toe in boxing with Nunes)

Her carreer is now gone down the shitter. Deservedly I believe, she way too cocky, underestimating her opponents. Disrespectful.

@ClaytonBigsby - All true. It's comical that both Rousey and Browne have both been reduced to walking out of the ring like children when their opponents hand is raised. That's what Edmond Tarverdyan has brought them down to.

Rousey literally thought she was royalty and the other women fighters were her dogs. She thought she was better than them. Her ego was fed everyday. White and Rogan treated her like a queen. She was a fraud who was getting movie deals. Now one movie is cancelled. Her role in Mile 22 was flipped. Now she's a bit player and a guy's role went from bit player to lead. Johnathan Coachman said the WWE wouldn't touch her because of her suicide comment reveals she's mentally weak and he said they don't exist to try to rebuild broken stars.

She's finished. And because of her shitty personality I also think she deserves it.

@ManDeth -

Getting involved with her at this point is a carreer suicide, you can't polish a turd they say.
