Deathstroke Vows To Kill All Of The TITANS In A New Promo For Season 2, Episode 5

Slade Wilson is clearly not happy about Dick Grayson reforming the Titans, & in this promo for next week's episode, "Deathstroke," the lethal villain vows to take it out on the new incarnation of the team.

Dick Grayson and his new team are going to have to be very careful, because Deathstroke is out for blood.

DC Universe has now released a promo for next week's episode of Titans, and in it, Slade Wilson reveals that he once vowed to eliminate all of the young heroes if Robin ever decided to get the band back together, and it looks like that's exactly what he intends to do.

The teaser provides some great shots of Slade both in and out of costume, along with surreal flashes of some of his potential victims. There's a lot of speculation that Jason Todd's new Robin might be first in the firing line, but that obviously remains to be seen.

This season has been better than the last. so far. The only things I absolutely can't stand are Iain Glenn as Bruce and somehow Gar is a fighter on par with Jason Todd out of nowhere.

Was only able to get through the first 4 episodes of season 1. To anyone up to date is it worth trying to get back into it??

@Schme83 - yes it is, season 2 is a big improvement, less stand alone episodes, more story and its not as dark

@Schme83 - Ha you did better than me. With that said though, I decided to give S2 a shot, thought the premiere was pretty bad (though I get it was meant to be the S1 finale) BUT I have enjoyed ep 2 & 3 and am excited to continue watching it. Definitely an improvement in every way from what I've seen of S1. Not Doom Patrol, YJ, or even Swamp thing levels for me (for the sake of comparing it to other DCU shows), but all-in-all really solid start to S2.

The Actress who played Helena Kyle in the 2002 Birds Of Prey tv series is returning for Crisis On Infinite Earths.

Considering the actress who played their version of Dinah Lance (not Black Canary) is playing Red Alice in Batwoman, wonder if she will play her role again. Also Barbara Gordon.
Not a great show, but the actress who played Barbara was great, dont remember that much of the show, but its only truly great episode was the finale

@dracula - At the time of this show, I was in college, broke, and really had no serious need for TV except for the news and Sportscenter I caught while at work. Somehow, I don't feel like I missed out on this one.

@inkniron - you didnt miss anything, the writing was just really mediocre. also mis representing characters like Black Canary and Lady Shiva and Clayface. The finale was actually good, they were allowed to do a finale so yeah they really went all out there. I was 6 or 7 when it came out, me and my dad always watched Smallville and planned on watching Birds Of Prey.....yeah we lost interest pretty quickly, I mainly remember it for how unmemorable it is

@Himura - True, hope she comes back,might as well get them all back together since the Dinah Lance actress is a series regular on Batwoman. Barbara was really the only character they nailed perfectly in that show. Also you know that costume is the one from Batman And Robin, they just painted part of it and gave her different gloves and boots

The red glowing eye on Slade's mask defeats the purpose of selling Deathstroke as a one eyed badass. Also makes him look like Deadshot.

Other than that, pretty cool.

I hope they don't kill off Jason Todd already. I want to see him develop. Down the line they can have a Joker appearance and do the storyline that way.

@zachman2013 - I really hate Jason in this. He was alright at first, but now I can't stand him. In his debut episode and each one since then, he did seem like a troubled, brash, arrogant kid. But after episode 3 he comes across more like a sociopathic bully.

I mean he told Dick that Gar went crazy on him during their training session, when all the lad did was hit him once from behind AFTER Jason told him to not hold back, and then he went off on one at Rachel for losing control of her powers AFTER he smacked her hard in the back of the head (harder than what Gar did I might add). He just comes across as a massive piece of shit.

Not to mention whiny. It really sounded like he was gonna start crying when Dick walked in after he shouted at Rachel. You could hear his voice breaking.
