Lily Allen Passed On GAME OF THRONES Role As It Required Her Brother To Grope Her

Recently, Lily Allen participated in a Reddit AMA. During the event the British pop-singer revealed that she turned down a Game of Thrones role because it involved icky scenes with Theon Greyjoy, who happens to be played by her brother, Alfie Allen.

Many of you may not know this but actor Alfie Allen, who plays Theon Greyjoy on Game of Thrones, is Lily Allen's brother. During a recent Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything), Lily Allen was asked to share her thoughts on her brother being apart of HBO's Emmy-winning fantasy series. She then revealed that she was pursued for the show as well but turned down the offer because the role reeked.
"I've been asked to do a Game of Thrones cameo, they asked me if I'd be interested in playing Theon's sister, and I felt uncomfortable because I would have had to go on a horse and he would have touched me up and shit. Once they told me what was entailed, I said no thanks." - Lily Allen

She's referring to an infamous season 2 scene from "The Night Lands." An arrogant Theon Greyjoy had just arrived at the Iron Islands, his old stomping grounds. He's disappointed that he's not greeted with any fanfare. His disappointment soon dissipates when he is approached by an attractive woman, who appears to be a commoner. She offers him a ride to Pyke, which he accepts. The two immediately begin a flirtatious banter. While on horseback, a cocky Theon boldy fondles the woman. A few scenes later his female companion reveals she's actually Theon's older sister, Yara.
Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne has begun. It will stretch from the south, where heat breeds plots, lust and intrigues; to the vast and savage eastern lands; all the way to the frozen north, where an 800-foot wall of ice protects the kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men...all will play the 'Game of Thrones.'

Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Ser Jaime Lannister, Lena Headey as Queen Cersei Lannister, Emilia Clarke as Queen Daenerys Targaryen, Kit Harington as Jon Snow, Aidan Gillen as Lord Petyr Baelish, Charles Dance as Lord Tywin Lannister, Natalie Dormer as Lady Margaery Tyrell, Liam Cunningham as Ser Davos Seaworth, Stephen Dillane as King Stannis Baratheon, Carice van Houten as Lady Melisandre, Alfie Allen as Prince Theon Greyjoy, John Bradley as Samwell Tarly, Jack Gleeson as King Joffrey Baratheon, Isaac Hempstead-Wright as Bran Stark, Sophie Turner as Lady Sansa Stark, Maisie Williams as Lady Arya Stark, Gwendoline Christie as Brienne of Tarth and Jerome Flynn as Ser Bronn.

They love to push things on the show.

Like that sex scene with the brother and sister Jamie and Cersei right there almost on top of Joffrey's dead body.

R.R. Martin didn't even write it to be so 'rapey'.

“In the novels, Jaime is not present at Joffrey’s death, and indeed, Cersei has been fearful that he is dead himself, that she has lost both the son and the father/ lover/ brother. And then suddenly Jaime is there before her. Maimed and changed, but Jaime nonetheless. Though the time and place is wildly inappropriate and Cersei is fearful of discovery, she is as hungry for him as he is for her." - R.R. Martin

They've done this before, too. HBO just tries to stir up controversy to keep the show relevant and I get that, but having Lily get actually felt up by her brother and him sticking his hands between her legs is just not the kind of thing I'd want to see.

Ugh...I couldn't EVER imagine doing that if I were him.

@Humperdink LOL! Yah, she is gangsta.

Plus, has Lily ever even acted? The woman they hired for the role seems like she's almost perfect for it. She's got this sort of stone-faced menace about her.

Maybe that would have been a lot of screen time for Lily.
