New JESSICA JONES Poster Features Hell's Kitchen's Newest Hero And Mind-Controlling Villain

Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super Hero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic, badass private detective in Hell's Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need... especially if they're willing to cut her a check. It's time the world knew her name.

Starring Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Rachel Taylor (Trish Walker), with Eka Darville (Malcolm) and David Tennant (Kilgrave) among others, all 13 episodes of Marvel's Jessica Jones series will start streaming on Netflix on November 20, 2015. What do you think?

@WakandasSoul

Right on, it's all about the tone and the world their creating with the Netflix shows, I wish that could carry over into the MCU

Extremis in the tone of the Netflix shows, with a higher budget (obviously, ha) would be absolutely amazing

I love how real Daredevil was, how he actually got winded and everything, and how realistic the fights were and that world in general

Such an awesome season

I know that, haha. That's why I said, I wish the tone of the Netflix shows could carry over into the MCU. The mommy bloggers tend to stay away from the Netflix shows, as far as I know

I'm all about villains, they usually make or break the story for me, so I'm loving the Netflix shows

@LEVITIKUZ

I think Tennant is going to own the role, I feel like we'll see plenty of cockiness from Kilgrave

I hope Ritter is good, I'm not totally sold on her yet

She should do a movie. An adult movie to be specific. I guess they are doing it with Cage in the series anyways.

Great news, but I'm not too sure who wrote the script. I know Claremont did the story treatment.

@OmegaDaGr0dd- Lool we already saw how much of a struggle it is to be "pushin ink" in modern day in Daredevil. I can see the Daily Bugle having gone out of business? Or they're just barely making it by. Then Jonah really tried to step things up/some miracle happens and The Bugle are on their feet again by Marvel's 2017 Spiderman. Idk Lool.

I'm a bit more excited for this now after reading the review in your link. It's near improbable to surpass or even match the success of the first Daredevil series. But this series may not disappoint after all.

Still sad they killed off Ben Urich. If I were in charge, he would have been a PERFECT frontman for a Front Line series. Always really liked those books. They were great at bringing all the crazy shit that happened in the Marvel Universe down to earth. Imagine an FL Netflix series. It would be like the One-Shots, but better, and more consistent.

urnotaslave23 - 11/12/2015, 8:46 PM
THAT would REALLY "ground" the MCU. You could go as crazy as you want with the movies and Netflix/Television shows and use the Front Line show to tie them all together and show how normal people(I.E. us) are dealing with IRL superheroes. Really put it into perspective, so to speak.
