As the clock slowly ticks down to the official trailer debut for Moon Knight, an early ad has officially confirmed that the hotly-awaited series will begin streaming exclusively on Disney+ on Wednesday, March 30.
The series, which will run six episodes, stars Oscar Isaac (X-Men: Apocalypse; Inside Llewyn Davis) in the title role as the fan-favorite Marc Spector, with a supporting cast consisting of 4x Academy Award-nominee Ethan Hawke (Training Day; The Black Phone) and May Calamawy (Ramy; The Long Road Home) in undisclosed roles.
Jeremy Slater (Fantastic Four; The Umbrella Academy) is serving as showrunner, with Mohamed Diab (Clash; Amira) directing four of the six episodes and the duo of Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (Something in the Dirt; Synchronic) helming the other two installments.
If you're curious about when you can expect the trailer to show up online, ESPN has also revealed that the promo will launch during the halftime show (roughly 30-45 minutes or so from the time of this posting), and should be released online shortly after its global television debut. So, it would probably be wise to stay tuned into ComicBookMovie for the trailer launch and post-release discussion as soon as it drops.
