Batman fans have wanted to see The Dark Knight don his blue costume from the comics in live-action for many years, and it looks like it's finally going to happen on The CW's upcoming Gotham Knights series.
A new behind-the-scenes photo from the set has been shared online which gives us a first glimpse of The Caped Crusader's cowl, and it's certainly blue... bright, bright blue.
Does it look a little too cartoonish? Chances are Batman won't actually be shown on screen, anyway, because the character's death is what kicks-off the story. We do know that an actor has been cast in the role, but we don't expect to see him much (alive, at least), and there's a chance this cowl and the rest of the Batsuit will only appear in the shadows.
Gotham Knights will star Fallon Smythe (Grown-Ish) as Bluebird, Tyler DiChiara (Relish) as her brother Cullen Row, Olivia Rose Keegan (Days of our Lives) as Duela Dent, Navia Robinson (Raven's Home) as Carrie Kelley, Oscar Morgan (Trauma) as Turner Hayes, Misha Collins (Supernatural) as Harvey Dent, and Anna Lore as Stephanie Brown.
