And that sucks. Remember when we had the fresh news of Tanit Phoenix in the mix for landing the coveted Wonder Woman role and how excited that news all made us?

This from Deadline:

'The TV reboot of Wonder Woman is being postponed. David E. Kelley's high-profile take on the female superhero has been shelved after not landing a deal at a broadcast network because of what sources called unfortunate timing. The project hails from DC sibling Warner Bros. TV where Kelley is based with an overall deal.'

Nikki goes on to say that every network Wonder Woman was presented to passed. That's right, they passed. Looks like this would be a great opportunity for AMC. Put Wonder Woman on right after the Walking Dead airs. That's two hours of television I would not miss. Hey, the good news is the CW did NOT pick it up!

well wonder woman is best suited for the big screen the budget required for it wouldnt be available from the tv networks. Tanit is one fine woman

Ms Phoenix is super fine, but Im glad the TV show didnt get picked up, Im trying to see an awesome WW movie!!!

@ Lee - Normally I would agree with you, but Bridgett Regan is fine as hell too. You seen her with a TAN? Definitely WW material. And obviously an experienced actress with on screen battles and fighting.
