With the beginning of filming & photos from the set being leaked on the internets, it was only a matter of time before a picture of the logo would hit. Today was that day and here is our first look at the (possible) logo for the tv adaption of Wonder Woman.

The project is described as a reinvention of the iconic D.C. comic in which Wonder Woman -- aka Diana Prince -- is a vigilante crime fighter in L.A. but also a successful corporate executive and a modern woman trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life.

"Wonder Woman" stars Adrianne Palicki as Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman, Tracie Thoms, Pedro Pascal & Elizabeth Hurley. The series is expected to premiere this fall on NBC.

They went for the lower case huh. Looks like the logo for a toy you'd find in a hardware store, or radio shaq. Looks like a generic product sold in WALMART. It looks like a novelty chair sold at IKEA in the same vain as mugs that say "World's greatest Mom" or sweats that say "PINK" on the ass. It's like a corny ass muscle shirt with "HOT ROD" on the front.

Wow that sucks. I know those are her colors... but seriously... doesn't work well with the logo in this decade.

Make it silver, change the font... then it's fine.

ummm... colorful. But then again it's just the back of a chair and might not mean anything at all.

....so that means no true Amazons and the inclusion of Greek Mythology in this show? Of course, it didn't have that much either in the original show with Lynda Carter, but COME ON!

Too bad Lucy Lawless (while still HOT as hell) ain't fitting the age range they want for Wonder Woman. She would have been PERFECT for it.

Idiots. Remember a few years back. Joss whedon was doing the ww film/TV treatment and some genius exec didn't think it was such a good idea? Well this is what you get you worthless hack. whedon gets the avengers. Marvel once again mollywops DC and all faith and order are restored in the universe

With a logo like that, I start to wonder if they're going to try and ditch her Amazon roots for some secret Airforce plot. The more they stay close to regular things, the cheaper the production and less need for special FX.

Meh. It's not THAT bad. As usual the customary fanboy exaggeration is in full effect. It's bad though!

This show could go one of two ways: it could have all the comic book action/effects of Smallville and the corporate stuff could be like Mad Men. Or it could be a steaming pile of dog shit that gets cancelled after 3 episodes. So far I'm thinking the latter.

The fans are always right, so's I hope this "David E. Kelley" hack trashes everything he's done on the show and starts over from scratch! We'll tear apart whatever efforts are made to make this show, so honestly there's no way he can win. Can we help it that we know more than the "professionals" working on the show?

Just look at our track record: Heath Ledger as the Joker? Lame! You'll remember that us fans whined loud and long about *that* short-sighted casting choice. And Captain America's costume? We'll never accept less than little plastic wings on the helmet and belly stripes. Anything else is just, well... silly!

So mark our words, Warner Bros! This "reinvention" of Wonder Woman will fail! Unless you put Wondy in a bathing suit with that WWE-looking symbol on her chest. And the actress should be recast. Instead, make _________ (insert my particular, favorite, statuesque brunette here). And just MAYBE we won't complain.

Just kidding! We'll still complain.

I like it, even though it's feminine - maybe that's the whole point? I like the way you can still see the "bird head" too.

Hopefully they won't rip off Xena too much, the WW I grew up with was more of an ambassador and peacekeeper. She and the amazons blamed Man for war etc

I want an comic accurate adaptation of Diana. We get this trash. I really like Wonder Woman, she rounds out the trinity perfectly. She should be as big as Batman and Superman. We get this trash.

In reality we're the losers cause execs will see this and say she can't work on screen, even after hit girl and sucker punch. We will never get wonder woman and we will never get a JLA movie.

WHO are they making this show for? I don't any women who'd be interested in this premise.

why didn't they go full on mythology with it, I mean the first 3rd of the season should take place on her island with the other amazons.

why would wonder woman have a concept of a "job"

I am not sure that this is the logo. I feel like NBC would make it look more sleek than this one on the back of the chair. No one should get too excited about the back of a chair, we have to wait and see some footage at least. :)
