It looks like the lack of a full trailer might be working in X-Men: Days of Future Past's favor as its been voted the summer's most anticipated movie in a poll conducted by Rotten Tomatoes. The list was ranked by Rotten Tomatoes' "want to see" percentage and the number of votes each film received. The general audience seems to still be enamored with CBMs, which should be good news for us, as all three of Marvel's superhero properties make the top five as Sony Pictures' The Amazing Spider-Man 2 finishes 2nd while this summer's Marvel Studios release, Guardians of the Galaxy finished a distant 5th. Other action films, Transformers: Age of Extinction and Godzilla also make the list. Check out the full list below:
1) X-Men: Days of Future Past
The stars of the X-Men trilogy (Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Hugh Jackman) share the screen with the folks from X-Men: First Class (Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy). Plus Brian Singer is directing, so the anticipation for this probably couldn't get much higher.

Look up "critic-proof" in the dictionary and you'll find the Transformers franchise -- though with Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci, and the dinobots on board, perhaps a sense of cautious optimism is warranted.
Transformers: Age of Extinction hits theaters June 27, 2014.
10) Hercules: The Thracian Wars
Critically and commercially, The Legend of Hercules laid a pterodactyl-sized egg earlier this year, but hope springs eternal for RT users that a second cinematic go-around in 2014 -- this time with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as the legendary strongman -- will be mightier.
Hercules: The Thracian Wars hits theaters July 25, 2014.
