Sly's cheesy yakuza tattoos are hilarious! I thought old men were supposed to buy sports cars when they had mid-life crisis.

Sounds pretty formulaic but hey, I'm all for these old school action flicks Sly's been pumping out. So long as he's able to do 'em, I say keep them coming. Somebody's gotta fill the void left from Jackie Chan's retirement from action movies...

this looks just awful. What happend to Walter Hill for gods sake? Southern Comfort? The Long Riders? The Warriors? Then I IMDB'd his directorial work and realized those were his best films amongst a history of similar garbage.

That actually looks decent. It should be a fun movie.

It's great to see Stallone making action movies again.

And I love Sarah Shahi, so that's another reason to check this out.

@gaikinger If you're talking about the movie, that would be the very beautiful Sarah Shahi.

Lol, if you're asking about the girl IrishAvenger posted up, I have no clue.

Stallone has got to chalk full of steroids, human growth hormones and drinking every young missing virgins blood to look like that.

Reminds me little of Assassins. Thou im sure this is not gonna be as good as that film was.

They should have cast Donnie Yen or Jet Li if they wanted Asian character to be the sidekick of Stallone.

Stallone would have looked cooler if he had the goatee and longer hair like his character in comic.

Ancient Chinese proverb:

Action men don't get tougher, they just get older.

----------------------------------------------------

Some of his dialogue makes him sound like he's brain damaged.
"This is the last time. I'll never do this again."

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's surprising how bad his diction is considering he's been acting since the 1970s. It's got worse.

It will be interesting to see if there is a big enough audience for this film and Arnold Schwarzenegger's The Last Stand. I reckon the success of The Expendables was down to it being an ensemble film, sort of the 'action man' equivalent of The Avengers or Ghostbusters. Perhaps the likes of Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Ford, should consider roles that befit their age?

Any movie with Christian Slater in it might as well prepare itself for the oncoming nose dive.
