VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE Four-Minute Clip Unleashes Maximum Carnage On Countless Victims
Sony Pictures has released a four-minute clip from Venom: Let There Be Carnage showcasing Cletus Kasady's full transformation into Carnage as the symbiote is unleashed on a prison full of victims...
Well, if you had any doubts about Venom: Let There Be Carnage doing Cletus Kasady justice, this clip might go some way towards putting your mind at ease.
In the four-minute sneak peek below, Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson) is about to be executed for his crimes, but it's then that he's transformed into Carnage. With more power in his hands than ever before, the serial killer takes his frustrations out on the prison guards who kept him incarcerated, and it's fair to say things don't end well for them.
The same can be said for the Warden, and we get a few examples of Carnage's powers in Sony's Spider-Man Universe. Needless to say, this is a key action scene from the relatively short movie, so you might want to avoid watching if you have your tickets booked for tomorrow evening.
For the rest of you, take a look at Carnage in action below (it's not for the faint of heart).
"Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters," reads a brief synopsis that was released on the movie's website (where you can now purchase tickets for the movie). "Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage."
As noted, Venom: Let There Be Carnage stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham, and Woody Harrelson. It's set to be released in theaters on October 1, 2021.
I hated #Venom. HATED it. This movie? It's what the first one should have been. A little short, yes, but there are times it gives the #MCU's better solo outings a run for their money. Serkis just gets the character (as does #TomHardy), and I'm ready for a #SpiderMan crossover. pic.twitter.com/XJe7tev5mJ— Josh Wilding - ComicBookMovie.com (@Josh_Wilding) September 28, 2021
