Hello, my fellow geeks and geekants, today I'd like to talk about what I believe to be some plot points in The Avengers. But first, I'd like to this is not official I'm not sure about anything in this article being fact this is just a fan's think so's. Now lets get started on what I think are possible plot points of The Avengers.
It may start out in World War 2, with Captain America fighting what ever alien threat which may want the cosmic cube/Tesseract ending with him telling (in modern time) Nick Fury maybe?
At any rate, Loki arrives on earth in someway, and starts creating havoc in Germany, where Cap, Iron Man, and maybe Hawkeye and Black Widow go to take him down. While giving them a run for their money I think Loki will actually get at least somewhat beaten here and Shield takes him in to custody.
Maybe where the picture above comes into play?
Then I think this is where this scene comes into play in Thor:
Since Eric is studying the Cosmic Cube/Tesseract, Loki mind controls Eric to make him open "a gateway to another dimension" which is Asgard. Where he tells his Thor, his brother, that Earth is holding him prisoner (but makes it sound like that Iron Man, Cap, and all of Shield are evil) and asks him to help break him out. Thor (as seen in the last of his movie) still loves Loki, and wants him to come back so he lets himself be duped by Loki, and comes to earth to break him out. This results in a fight between Thor and
Captain America, and Thor and
Iron Man as they still want Loki as a prisoner. (I think it's doubtful that Thor and Black Widow or Hawkeye would fight, at least if it is it is only for a few seconds.
Thor is successful in breaking Loki out but Loki may somehow summon the Hulk and Thor and Hulk may fight at this time. Probably the rest of the Avengers go one on one with the Hulk for a bit trying to take him down, until finally teaming up to take him down.
Finally, they figure out that Loki has been using them all, and so they all team up to fight Loki. (Loki may or may not use the Cosmic Cube/Tesseract or some other weapon at this point, it is probable that he'll use some weapon against them, but not necessarily. This just depends.) The Avengers gain the upper hand on Loki and imprison him again, this time in the Hulk's prison. (As seen in the D23
footage.)
From here on it just depends, they all talk about something in this scene:
Possibly Loki's army? At any rate we can probably guess fro here on what happens. Loki somehow breaks out as his army comes and invades New York. The Avengers assemble to fight this threat. Loki and his army is defeated, and the Avengers disassemble till next time?
Anyway this is what I
