Yes The Killing Joke would be awesome! But it might be a while until they would make it into a movie. There last 2 TDKR Part 1 and 2 are batman, plus with the joker.

As much as I want to see The Flash in any type of movie, I would love to see Killing Joke adapted with Hamil doing the voice for one final time.

And yes Kamen, Kingdom Come would be epic to see.

How about doing a Crisis series of movies. They can use all the different versions of the animated properties that aren't directly related as their multiverse(Crisis on Two Earths just wasn't enough for me). Cross over all the shows : Superfriends, Batman TAS, The Batman, Young Justice, etc..., then tie in a bunch of the stand alone movies and BANG! Super film.

I know, too ideal and too expensive. It worked for TURTLES FOREVER, though, and I liked that one a lot.

Mark Hamill has said he would return to play Joker for Killing Joke and if Warners Animation ever do decide to do it, I feel like it has to be Conroy and Hamill. Let it be their swan song. Other actors have done really well voicing the roles but for me, Killing Joke is one that needs to feature the quintessential voices of those characters over the past 20 years.

I would rather have him do a DC Universe Animated Movie for "War of the Green Lanterns" with the cast, characters, and in the style of Green Lantern: The Animated Series...

But I would love to see Killing Joke too!!!

I think Batman: Earth One should also be considered. I know it's a lot like Year One, but it's still entertaining to read, so why not animate it?

Why don't they make another animated film that isn't Batman or Superman. Seriously, this shit's getting old. Why not Flash, Aquaman, Hawkman, another Wonder Woman or another Green Lantern?

It's because mainly Batman & Superman is the only characters DC is making real heavy money off so it will be that way for the next while now until they are more confident to move on with something else. I agree they should definitely take more investments and risks into other heroes, I think they don't realize yet how much of a huge fan base they have for many characters like Flash and Martian Manhunter and how much potential is in them among with the many others being left out.

yeah.. I know Batman is about the only bankable character for these animated releases but you gotta try something else sometime.! I'm dying to see some Teen Titans or Legion of Super-heroes..
But if they only want to mine 'classic stories' how about American Gothic from Swamp Thing or the New Gods.? I'd settle for Batman vs Swamp Thing (if you've never read the classic Alan Moore tale you should check it out). How about the JSA.? ( I know it's a concentrated fanbase but I'm just wishing out loud)
And why don't they do one all CGI and release it in theatres.? That GL cartoon looks great. I'm sure Bruce Timm could pull a 'The Incredibles' off..

NEW GODS.!
