Raise awareness about the film!

I came up with the idea of promoting the Avengers in some way. Then I got to thinking: What's the biggest promotional problem facing the Avengers?

The Answer: Making sure the audience knows the films are connected.

Therefore, I made two print-out posters, to put around town and raise awareness for the films.

To do this, I made a simple poster, one with all the previous film logos on them, with the release years, and the Avengers logo at the bottom being the largest.

This will cause three things:

1: People will notice the 'Marvel Studios' logo over most of the titles.
2: People will notice Captain America and Thor as coming out this year, which will interest them.
3: People will possibly begin to associate these films together, if they see them often enough.

To avoid any possible legal issues, I put a disclaimer on the side.

The second one I made is mostly a teaser, getting people to look up the Avengers film website, which is on the Marvel site.

So, what I came here not just to show you these, but to ask you for help. Hopefully, people will print these out and put these up around their town, too.

So, what do you think?

Marvel love their fans - till they send them legal letters for infringing copyright.
So your disclaimer's a good preventative idea.

If you were to assemble a timeline between each you would have this:

Captain America: First Avenger
IronMan
IronMan 2
Incredible Hulk
Thor

Very, very good idea. Awesome. I'm in.

Hell when I get behind a movie I tend to spam it to everyone anyway. Like I wil tell everyone I know "see this movie, dude".

So I'm printing these. Now where to place them..

I like the idea, but in order to truly promote the TEAM and show them as one, you need a pic displaying just that.

I pic of Iron Man Cap and Thor together in costume will do more for the film than just the logos together. The top pic just tells me (if i'm a non fan) that Marvel is gearing up to have a busy year.

As a fan, it makes me say....

HELL TO THE YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!
