Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted anything in a really long time, been busy with college stuff, exams and what not.
Also, I've mainly been on DeviantArt so you can check me out there aswell, though there isn't much I've put on their which isn't here.
Okay now I'm rambling.
Anyway, I made this after having a hard think about how much of a real skull they could incorporate into his mask. You could pull off the lack of a nose and the basic shape, but there isn't much else.
You'd have to include lips otherwise his speech would look ridiculous and you'd need to be able to see his eyes aswell.
After brainstorming for a while I decided to put my ideas into an actual picture and now you get to see the result!
I'm also happy since I was able to make this one a lot larger than my usual pieces, so you get a close look at the details. The eyes and lips are actually part of Hugo Weaving's face, since I thought that'd sell the authentisity.
[P.S, for some reason to me bears a strange resemblence to Bill Nighy. I really don't know why.]
