X-Men First Class Sequel and cast by the SOULEATER

My take on what a good sequel/follow up to Xmen First Class could be

Okay X-Men First class, AMAZING MOVIE, I think that it has room for another if not two more movies about the X-men in their foundation days in the time period of 60's - 70's ratio.

Here's a possible plot for a second movie

The main villain will be Amahl Farouk, an alias of the Pyschic being and Mutant: The Shadow King, with the ablity to project himself into other persons bodies and feed off of the stronger emotions such as Hatred, Grief, or Avarice.

The movie will portray him as one of the OLDEST Telepath's in history who has learned all the tricks of the trade as it were to being a Telepath, he knows how to create things with his mind, get stronger from other mutant's telepathic's powers or life forces, and project himself completely, even physical attributes into other peoples bodies.

Setting,
its the War of Vietnam, alot of young men and women have died and there's world wide grief on both sides.

Magneto and Xavier have been going around the world to protect/defend/and in some cases inlist mutants to their cause.

Among these, between the Brotherhood and the Xmen have found Psylocke and her brother Sunfire in Vietnam, Forge, Armor, Avalanche, Mesmero and Storm.

(They made Emma Frost the sister of Silver Fox, then made her not Emma Frost when they made Emma Frost Emma Frost in X-men First class, so we can say that Psylocke in X3 wasn't Psylocke, :P )

Anyway The movie itself opens up with the Young Psylocke and Young Sunfire hiding in a hut as everything is burning around them.

A soldier breaks the door down and grins at the two of them, then in a dark voice says, "THAT ONE...."

Suddenly his face disfigures into a sinister smile and little Psylocke screams holding her head. An visable blackish astrial projection seeps out of him coming towards her, and suddenly there's a voosh of flame and the american soldier begins pawing at himself trying to put himself out and the projection squirms then ends up back inside the soldier as he runs out the door, all while her brother(sufnire) proceeds to create a fire wall in anger.

"He was real!" the sister says in her english subtitled native tongue, "I told you he was real! The nightmare man from my dreams...he's real!" and begins crying.

Her brother (sunfire) comforts her saying "I know sister, I know....I felt him too...I felt him too..."

Years later in the 70's, Xavier is teaching a class at his now running school for the gifted and is a big deal because of its' acceptence of kids of diversity (however of course the real minority he's accepting is mutants.)

Xavier and his Xmen find an older Psylocke and Sunfire and try recruiting them for his school. He explains how he found them and why, that he has been lately using cerebro to track a rash of telepathic mutants like himself that have been blinking out like stars. He thought it was magneto at first, hiding them somehow or perhaps worse means of making them vanish...until Psylocke that is, she was able to shut out something else he's been sensing, a darkness he's been noticing..seeming stronger with the greif thats caused by the deaths of people that have been blinking out of his seight. And it's been after her...whatever it is, and is also after strong mutants, one that deal in the EARTHS elements, Fire, Ocean...plantlife....Earthquakes(Avalanche)...and Weather...

Thats where the Xmen come in arriving in Nakanda Africa where they catch the "Shadowman" or shadowking trying to get Ororo(storm).

Xavier has his first Psychic battle with ShadowKing, and beats him but not easily and shadow king says his mind is delicious and he's glad to finally meet a tellapath leveled up to his needs, he will proove to be an extrodinary host.

Xavier wonders after the battle where he's gone, and how he's still alive.

Magneto on the other hand has been clahsing with the Xmen with the brotherhood because he's figured he and Xavier together could take over the planet for humans. SO if Xavier wont join his cause, he'll inlist a host of other Tellepaths to make up for him, not to his intelectual or powerlevel prowess, but usable enough to meet his goals of global domination and reposession.....which is what ShadowKing has in the shadows been WANTING him to do, secretly living in recesses of Mesmero's mind and vendetta's.
His current ranks are: Riptide, Azazel, Mystique, Angel, Mesmero, Hydrin and Avalanche. (Emma Frost and Mesmero are Magneto's TWO BISHOPS to mentally deal with Xavier in chess terms.)

There's also plot tension when in meeting Psylocke and Sunfire, he promises them a helmet like his to keep the "Shadowman out."

Xavier warns Magneto that his hate for the humans will only make this creature shadowking stronger, and of course that does a WORLD of good *sarcasm*.

ShadowKing wishes to draw power from the biggest telepath's alive at the time,
then draw life sources and power from EVERYONE using cerebro.

Forge and beast determines that this ShadowKing being hasn't ever litterally died because he's like bunch of data on a drive or for their time periods sake a film reel, always putting a backup of himself inside someone else in case the host he's in dies.

He's also not been in full force because he relays himself and broadcasts himself like radio or TV from person to person, which was why when the man in Egypt died, the shadowking did not die as well.

Shadowking's plan is take the mutants that control things like the Earth (avalanche) the weather(Storm)(Riptide), Fire(Sunfire), and Water/Ocean(Hydrin) then use the tellepaths' to boost HIS power into them and use THEIR power to their full potential when he takes over their minds to effect wether ACROSS THE GLOBE, and create inferno's and Tidal waves and earth Quakes to have the world at it's knee's, sort of like when Emma Frost in the comics took over Iceman's mind to use his powers to his full potential.

Main points of the story:

Xavier will have an astrial plain fight with the Shadow King, and Psylocke and Emma Frost will end up helping each other to defeat him (cause he's already used up Mesmero).

Xavier will learn, against his will the way to project himself into another human being (So as to give continuity to how he projects himself, even physical attributes into another person in Xmen-3 last stand). Magneto's helmet will be destroyed at some point in the movie so as to give way to his newer looking helmet that we see in the other 3 movies.

The B story lines of the movie, Raven will still miss Beast who will be wanting her to return to the Xmen and her wanting him to come to the brotherhood. He warns her that just because she's among her own doesn't mean she wont get hurt, and that there are evil mutants just like evil people cause we're all the same.

She see's this for herself when Azazel (Who will die at the end fight with ShadowKing) doesn't want Mystique to keep their baby when she turns out to be pregnant. She rather then kill it, she without telling him, has the child and leaves him at a monistary in germany (They'll be in europe at this part of the movie, and TA-DA, nightcrawler origin explained.)

The fights taking place will be as follows;

Xavier will ultimately fight with ShadowKing alongside Psylocke, Emma Frost will combat Mesmero and keep him from harming Magneto.

Sunfire, free of Shadowkings' hold will fight with Hydrin who IS in Shadowking's hold and it will be a Fire VS. Water battle, and Emma will help unlock Sunfire true optential like she did with Iceman in the comics so that he will be a match for Hydrin who's being used by Shadowking. Storm will have a fight with Riptide and he will die ultimately.

Azazel under Shadowking's control will attempt to kill Mystique, trying to kill their baby. Beast will fight him with Mystique and ultimately kill him.

In the end, Mesmero gets used up by ShadowKing, Emma Frost survives, Xavier survives obviously, but in the transference of physical traits, Xavier loses his hair from the psychic energy around his head. Psylocke also survives and her and her brother join the Xmen, so does Storm.
Avalanche remains with the Brotherhod, Angel dies due to ShadowKing, Hydrin dies while fighting Sunfire. Mystique survives, and remains with Magneto, Forge can live, and so do characters like Beast, Banshee.

I'm wondering if Havoc shouldn't die, but before he does, he make Xavier promise to find and teach his little brother Scott.

Anyway

NOW for the casting

Keep the cast from the First Class

For the New mutants of XMEN: Second Generation

for Psylocke: Suckerpunch's Jamie Chung, she's cute, and physically up to it.
I think a love interest thing between her and Forge would be cute too.

For Sunfire: i choose John Cho from Star Trek, I'm very impressed with his serious acting.

(Who i'm thinking should have blue fire like Azula for uniqueness sake, and so that it doesnt' seem TOO much like another Pyro)

For Forge: Tyler Posey, I think he should be the one to help Beast construct the second Cerebro and the NEW danger room.

For Storm, Paula Patton (I'm still looking for alternate choices and preferably younger ones so if you know of any, feel free to advise, she simply seems to resemble Halle Berry the most).

Brotherhood:

Avalanche and Hydrin would be a non speaking rolled characters like Riptide or Collossus.

Mesmero, who would also be Vietnamese, would be played by Rick Yune

No to Paula Patton as Storm. Doesn't even look anything like her.

Great setup. I can def see the Shadow King being a villain for the sequel. MSK has a point though that chick looks nothing like Storm.

@StrangerX

She reminds me of a Young Halle Berry which was why i was going for continuity.

I'm still hoping that if they do a sequel, Sinister is the villain.

ToeKneemango- that would make for a good leading to the family legacy of Summers and the mentioning of Scott, but for this one I thought it could be a real clash of the mental titans and a way to sharpen Xaviers metal, going up against a tellepath stronger then him

Once again, if you have any other suggestions as to who should play Storm, feel free to advise them..instead of just saying she sucks as her

but for continuity, Mastermind was already used in the X films

He was Jason Wyngarde Stryker, the son of William Stryker. Hre was the wheelchair bound mis matched eye color dude under his father's control

SOUL @ X-MEN FIST CLASS was not an amazing movie, far from it!

Brokeback Mountain for Superheroes!

The fact you want Psyloke and Storm in this brings epic fail!

If we get a sequel want the REAL [frick]ing X-MEN FIRST CLASS or don't bother Fox!

The fact we had 2 Emma Frosts Sucked!

So did a lot of other elements in First Class!

It could have been beautiful if they actually respected the characters, oh well, if the sequel don't have Cyclops, Jean, Angel, Iceman or Beast then they can suck the big one!

Your casting btw is good but Psyloke for X4! : p

@Lee777 I've always respected your casting prowess and vision, and I too admit that the rejecting of featuring the ACTUAL First Class Xmen is a nose thumbing for most die hards such as yourself.

HOWEVER, like Magneto and Charles did, I must part company with you under the assumption that First class was in anyway a less then superior movie, comic movie, and Xmen movie, in my opinion the best that Fox has put forward X-men wise.

For not dealing with the actual First Class Xmen, the movie did an awesome job of closing off all the lose ends in the origial 3, and kept the continuity so beautifully, and the fact that Jean, Cyclops, and Angel were not in it does not bother me because for the time periods sake, they would be either not born or 3 years of age.

As for the bringing of Psylocke and Storm into this, this is no longer First Class, this is Xmen:Second Generation, as I stated.

I would also like to see a Fourth X-men instalment after Last stand, but seeing as how they already "SUPPOSEDLY" put Psylocke in X3, if we're going to bring her in at all, I say in the next installment of this First Class Series because its fresher and open for more elbow room, and its against a constraint of having to work within the peramitors of the Xmen movies before it.

That being said, Thank you again for your review Lee777
