FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.


Fantastic Four stars Miles Teller as Mr. Fantastic, Kate Mara as The Invisible Woman, Michael B. Jordan as The Human Torch, Jamie Bell as The Thing, and Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev/Doctor Doom. I was actually looking forward to this movie early on, but it's been on a downward spiral. First, that doesn't look like Dr. Doom at all. Second, that seemed a bit bloody and violent for a Fantastic Four movie.

I'm loving the horror feel of this film,
Very claustrophobic and scientific. But yeah, that's not Dr Doom.
But Toby Kebbell is too great of an actor to my believe he'll at least be a good villain once again.

I don't get why people are surprised this movie sucks. For one, you have Fox, the studio that employs guys like Singer who tell the actors to not read the comics. Then you have Josh Trank, who made one mediocre film for super cheap and he got his seconds of fame, too bad he was apparently gaining superpowers of his own through cocaine.

Kill it and this $1 bargain bin Doctor Doom with fire

HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A DOOM WHO'S NOT MADE OF METAL BUT WHO'S A MANIACAL DICTATOR WHOSE BRAIN AND COUNTRY ARE HIS GREATEST WEAPONS?!??! MADE OF METAL AGAIN. I love Toby Kebbell but Idk if his performance can save this. Damn he needs a better cbm role. He'd be a great doom if marvel owned F4

Yeah this design for doom doesn't look that good, seriously though why can't we get a Doctor Doom movie him his origins and not fox trying to shoe horn him in the the fantastic four origin just to be a one off villain. Also it would be good to have a movie based on a Villian for once, that would be revolutionary.

As a horror fan, it did look good. Creepy and cool.

From a comic book fan, that's not Doom.

But still hoping this makes a billion or at least enough for a sequel to rustle jimmies.

The minimum requirement in terms of visual adaptations should be that fans of the characters can at least guess who someone is supposed to be...

Man, I want to root for this movie, but that is not a very good rendition of Doom. Yes, it's more of the Ultimate FF take, but I prefer the original. I'm hoping that by the time he shows up again, either in a sequel or a crossover type film with the X-men (Old Man Logan perhaps?), that he looks better. Have him upgrade himself with some armor or something.

This is bad. THIS IS REALLY BAD.
At this point all i am hoping is not only for the rights to go back to marvel... But marvel pay them just for stoping this movie to hit the screens.
