First Look At Michael Jai White As 'Bronze Tiger' On ARROW

The Spawn and The Dark Knight actor is heading into Starling City this season with a new set of claws! Check out the first look at Bronze Tiger catching Arrow's Oliver Queen in quite a tight clutch!

We're only a few weeks away from the season premiere of Arrow, so The CW is giving us a taste of things to come next month, including Michael Jai White as Bronze Tiger. Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim said "Michael Jai White is playing Bronze Tiger and he is such a badass" and continued to talk about how Arrow's praised stunt-team helped bring the character to life with the prop and costume departments, saying "His performance, our kick-ass stunt department, our incredibly talented costumer designer, and our very gifted props master...they've all combined their A-games to create a really great representation of this DC Comics character. "

Guggenheim also noted to TVGuide that he'll debut in the season's second episode and comes to Starling City to challenge the vigilante because he's the best of the best, and has aligned himself with China White (played by Kelly Hu). "If you're a fan of the character from the comics, you are going to really happy with his Arrow-fication." said Guggenheim.

"....our incredibly talented costumer designer...." Yeah, because it takes a lot of skill to design a brown jacket and some wolverine claws. I love Arrow but that costume is pretty bad. Still, I'll wait and see.

And Michael is in many CBM projects: "Spawn", "Fei ying", "The Dark Knigh", "Metal Hurlant Chronicles" and even in "The Toxic Avenger" II and III =))) He is great!

They made a China White from Lady Deathstrike and now made a Bronze Tiger from Spawn! This series are awesome!

But that's friggin' AWESOME!!!

Can't wait for the start of season two. I just hope Bronze Tiger becomes a recurring villain, and not just a one-off who gets killed by the end of the episode (like Deadshot ALMOST was)...

Well I get it, the comic book character's costume is a tough one to even try to update for a television show. I agree the knives look like a complete rip off of Wolverine.
