At least the 2nd Jack Nicholson HotToys Joker figure they've done! - Nice (and creepy with their special DX-model moveable-parallex eyeball-tech).
Still.... HotToys are pricey with a capital 'P' ! (usually £200+)

He was terrible, flakey ridiculous looking make-up and way too fat for the part even then. His crimes in the film were dumb, he was more concerned with chasing pussy than actually doing anything criminal let alone insane.

About as pathetic as Adam West's Joker but with even less excuse!

Well... at least it's not an Iron Man figure for a change.

@TheBoss117 that was THE REAL JOKER. period. Heath Ledger made a good villain, but definitely, not a good Joker.

You're welcome.

^^^ There is a guy here complaining that he doesn't have a "FLUCKING" doll of Batman's butler.

cf. Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

@FrankieDedo...lol! I can't knock Ledgers performance, cause I loved it. To me both performances are iconic in their own ways!

I loved this movie. It's certainly cheesy by today's standards, but back in the 80's it was considered a darker, more serious Batman. This paved the way for the Dark Knight trilogy.

don't care what anyone says. Nicholson is the best Joker, Keaton is the best Batman/Bruce Wayne, and that is the best Batman movie.

and don't give me the that Batman killed people argument as a reason why it gets downgraded. Nolan turned Batman into a pussy yet so many proclaim greatness. and let me clarify my Nolan's Batman is a pussy argument. his entire deal through the entire series is i want to fight for justice, but he is ready to quit over a chick, and once he becomes an outlaw, he just holes up and turns into a hermit, and then quits for a chick.

looks awesome. also @chrisel, i would not call 89 batman "cheesy by todays standards". i'd say catwoman, wolverine origins, batman and robin, both fantastic fours and both ghost riders are examples or more recent films that show that "todays standards" are not always so high and definitely not higher than that of Batman 89

It's 24 years too late! Who cares about Burton's Batman movie or Nicholson's inferior portrayal of the joker, compared to Ledger?

Cool statue though! Sideshow have done it yet again!
FrankieDedo
FrankieDedo - 5/16/2013, 12:46 AM
@GreenJeans, why was Ledger so much better tha Nicholson? he was more serious? oh yeah, that's right FOR A CHARACTER NAMED JOKER!

Anyway i don't get all this hate for things that are "not serious"

Do you people, need a serious and badass guy to identify in? Fear of the world is a bad thing, don't hide behind a fantasy character ;)
