Demo For Defunct SIN CITY Video Game

In 2005, Bottlerocket Entertainment tried to create a video game adaption of Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez's neo-noir crime action thriller, Sin City. Thanks to artist, Roger Robinson, we can view a demo for the never-made video game. Come check it out!

Based on the graphic novels by Frank Miller (who receives co-directing credit), Robert Rodriguez's visually stunning blend of comic book imagery and film noir action focuses on the characters who inhabit the crime-ridden streets of Basin City, including hulking, superhuman anti-hero Marv (Mickey Rourke), private investigator Dwight (Clive Owen), and disgraced cop Hartigan (Bruce Willis). Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Brittany Murphy, Benicio Del Toro, Nick Stahl, Elijah Wood co-star; features a scene by "special guest director" Quentin Tarantino.

Sin City: A Dame to Kill For will open August 22, 2014

The only game to come close to the Sin City theme was Madworld for the old Wii.

I always wondered if someone would make a game around using just QTE. I know lots of people hate QTEs but when you use them you can make the game more cinematic plus have better graphics. The down side to that is there is no replay value. Bottle rocket sure was working on a lot of games that got canceled. This and Flash. I am shocked though no Sin City game has made it out.

This really does look like it would have been fun. They stuck to the feel of the movie and graphic novel quite well.
