BATMAN BEGINS Villain Cillian Murphy Would Love To Be In The Marvel Cinematic Universe

In a new interview with IGN, Batman Begins actor Cillian Murphy expresses strong interest to be involved in an MCU project. He seems particularly interested in the new Spider-Man movie.

Cillian Murphy, who starred as Jonathan Crane aka Scarecrow in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy, apparently loves the Marvel Cinematic. In fact, he seems very eager to join it. While doing press for his new movie 'In The Heart Of The Sea', in which he is co-starring with Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Tom Holland (Captain America: Civil War), he told IGN that he would 'love to be involved' in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He seems especially interested in the new Spider-Man reboot in which his co-star Tom Holland will be taking on the lead role. Here's what he had to say:

"I love those movies. My kids love those movies and I hear there's an amazing new Spider-Man I'll be checking out... I'd love to be involved.”


In The Heart Of The Sea will be released December 11.

Cletus Kasady/Carnage would be perfect for him. I think Maximus the Mad would be a good choice as well.

Great actor, I'd love to see him play a Marvel villain, as long as it's a well utilised villain and not a forgettable one (Marvel does not have a good track record with villains).
