Charlie Sheen has delivered some impressive enough performances over the years, but the thought of him playing Spider-Man (even when he was considerably younger) isn't a particularly good one for fans. On Jay Mohr's podcast, "Mohr Stories", the former Two And A Half Men star revealed that he had the idea to bring the iconic Marvel character to the big screen but was shot down by the now bankrupt production company Orion. He certainly had the right idea, although whether he would have been the right man to bring Peter Parker to life is another thing altogether. "I had an office at Orion at the time, and I brought them Spider-Man. I said, 'Look, in a couple of years, I'll be too old to play Peter Parker.' And they said, 'Yeah, we're just thinking that cartoons are not the future, comic books are not the future.' And I said, 'But it's Spider-Man, I'm perfect.' And they were like, 'Nah, we're gonna wait.' I had a guy in my pocket who was going to get them for me. They didn't know shit."
