Super Hero Hype were fortunate enough to receive a new poster for Marc Webb and Sony's The Amazing Spider-Man. Though it does not feature a look at the Spidey's suit, I (IMO) think it looks pretty sylish and cool. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a new trailer next week after this poster reveal. Check the poster out in all it's "glory" down below...



The Amazing Spider-Man focuses more on Peter Parker’s high school days and the development of his powers while navigating the troubles of a brainy geek in high school. And starring Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker), Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy), Denis Leary (George Stacy), Rhys Ifans (Curt Conners), Martin Sheen (Ben Parker), and Sally Field (May Parker), the film hits July 3, 2012 in 3D!

Really cool poster design. I do find it weird how they're (seemingly) acknowledging the fact that the movie is a reboot in the poster tagline, though.

That's a pretty cool composition, but the shadow could be blended to the wall in a better way. The tagline does sound weird, though.

I like it a lot. Tagline is just there for none comic book fans that would be confused that this isn't a direct sequel to Raimi's movies.

It's odd how the marketing for this has been kind of freaky. It seems more like a horror film at times (like the use of Serenata on the trailer). This poster fits with that. Pretty cool.

Probs the best piece of marketing thats come out for this movie. Spidey is my favourite character and the first trailer wasn't that great though im sure the full trailer will be amazing.

A very cool poster - a nice simple but effective concept that seems fresh and different from the promotion on the Raimi films. Even has a bit of a horror movie feel to it - not sure if that's necessarily good for the film, but it works for the poster!
