More Set Photos From The Amazing Spider-Man!

Yesterday we saw, what appeared to be the first images of Rhys Ifans, in “The Lizard” make-up. We saw some pretty sweet images, of the new Spider-Man movie today as well. Pinkisthenewblog, just posted these awesome new pics of last nights shoot in NYC. Although we saw photos of Andrew Garfield being on set, it appears that the Spider-Man on these new images is Garfield’s stunt double!



The Amazing Spider-Man is an upcoming 2012 superhero film currently in production. It is the fourth Columbia Pictures film based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man and the first film in a rebooted Spider-Man film franchise. Originally, Spider-Man 4 was planned for release in 2011.

He should really see a specialist about that black crotch.

Sorry, the suit still bugs me. The lack of a belt line makes him look like he's wearing Borat's swimsuit, and the little silver slippers remain a pointless and stupid addition.

Wow, after all the pics, it's still looking like a shiny shit costume.... the black crotch really enhances what it's "hiding" - NOT. LMAO

great blue balls of fricking fire.... not saying anything else about the movie as it's the costume I only have a gripe with.

@NeoBaggins...agreed and which will sometimes end up worse due to the fact that sometimes it's hard enough for effects people to do a half-and-half during post production to almost get it right and make the production steps a hell of a LOT longer than what it should be. That's a LOT of frames to nip and tuck in "fixing" the costume in editing which to me, is totally unnecessary if they had done it right.

Dont diggin it. Dont think we'll see the Spider Man we want until Marvel has full control again. A Spider Man with Cross overs. King Pin, Tomb Stone, and Osborn Spider Man needs the Underworld.
