We've spent months dealing with what feels like countless rumours about Spider-Man: No Way Home, and the hope is that tonight's trailer will at least confirm or debunk a few of them.
It's thought that Daredevil star Charlie Cox will reprise the role of Matt Murdock in the threequel, but what about Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk/Kingpin? There have been rumblings he could factor into Hawkeye, but as a classic Spider-Man villain, would Peter Parker come to blows with the Kingpin of Crime?
It's a nice thought, but according to D'Onofrio himself, we shouldn't get our hopes up.

"I can't wait to see [Spider-Man: No Way Home]," the actor says in the Tweet below. "I’m not in it but I hear it's a very cool film." There's no reason these two couldn't cross paths in the post-Spider-Man: No Way Home MCU, but we weren't buying into this cameo being in the works, regardless. However, we certainly hope this Kingpin does have a future on the big or small screen.

Spider-Man: No Way Home arrives in U.S. on December 17 and in the UK on December 15.
