Sony Pictures Entertainment Co-Chairman Amy Pascal has revealed today that the studio are indeed planning on further taking advantage of their Spider-Man franchise by planning a number of spin-offs featuring a variety of characters from that corner of the Marvel Universe! Read on for details.
According to The Wrap, Sony Pictures Entertainment Co-Chairman Amy Pascal has today hinted that the studio are planning a number of spin-offs featuring various supporting characters from their Spider-Man franchise. "We are going to access Marvel’s full world of Spider-Man characters, so be on the lookout for new heroes and villains," Pascal teased during a presentation to investors earlier today. It's hard to imagine who these could be, although Venom has obviously been mentioned more than once in the past. Black Cat also seems like a possibility, as do the likes of Cloak and Dagger and Scarlet Spider. What do you guys think? Sound off below!
