Suicide Squad has taken amazing numbers of buzz ever since the first trailer. It has gotten a lot of publicity because of that. But through July 4th and July 10th SKWAD came out on top, as it beats out Ghostbusters and Star Trek Beyond, which have less days till release. Suicide Squad netted 58,720 new conversations with 26 days till release, while the second place finisher Star Trek Beyond generated 41,240 new conversations, and only has 12 days till release.

Ghostbusters comes in third with 32,927 new conversations with just 5 days till release. The most impressive film on the chart is Beauty and the Beast, which has 250 days until its release, has generated 24,710 new conversations. That's quite the numbers, eh? Check out the full chart:

If Suicide Squad is a bad film, then I will be genuinely surprised.

I was prepared for BvS being disappointing for a while, but I really can't see how this might be a bad film.
I can see that it could have been a better film, if it had been R-rated, but I still think it'll be a classic.

Question: When has Mr. J ever let a movie audience down?

Star Trek is written by Pegg, so that is a very good sign.
I can't speak with regards to Justin Lin as I've never seen one of his movies, but those Furious films make a lot of money, so maybe that will hold true with his Star Trek. Who knows?

Ghostbusters, unfortunately, won't make half as much as it should.
Every man and his dog is boycotting the damn movie on account of how it is merely "Very good" and not a classical masterpiece (which is only a slightly less stupid reason than "It's got womens being Ghostbusters").

Their loss. How can you hate a Ghostbusters movie?
At least it's better than Ghsotbusters II.

I mean it'll never be the original.

The original is the best film I've ever seen.

The remake isn't even the best film I've seen this week.
(The Neon Demon is).

But I would recommend Ghostbusters to anyone.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend The Neon Demon to everyone.
Fvck me. What a movie.
Masterpiece, but fvck me.
