too short...i'm expecting more

Guys this is cool. It's short...like any teaser but it also gives a better sense of mystique.

It was awful. There was nothing to indicate this was a Superman film except for the last shot. The audience at my screening all made an audible "huh?" sound.The LOTR music in the background was confusing as well.

WTF! Did not show at my theater!

Least we got something....TDK teaser was only a bat symbol with audio...

Plus anyone expecting anything nuts are idiots it's a teaser your lucky you got any footage

What a letdown. They have a perfectly great teaser (shown at CC) to impress everyone and instead THIS is what they show? WTF??? Well, this is why Marvel is winning. WB is full of idiots!

This trailer is still cool but it's not enough to get the general public excited for the film I think. they need to release that comic-con trailer online

Expect the trailer in 7-8 months. There we see footage from comic-con. That's why it was said that Comic con has exclusive teaser not just a teaser.

I understand your point about people not being satisfied but context is everything.

Avengers was built up for so long that Marvel could of literally had a teaser that just showed a steaming pile of shit and people would of loved it. Same with TDKR.

Superman has been shitted on by the mass public for so long that most don't care about him anymore. It's WBs job to make people care by making MoS the greatest Superman epic of all time and it's also not just about making a quality picture but marketing well.

The way to get buzz is to be mysterious yes, but you need to give people a bit more than just a one-shot of Supes flying through the air.

This is just another wasted opportunity by WB so capitalize on the excitement and buzz that was generated by the comic-con footage.

I'm fine with the teaser shown above, but that's probably because I'm a Superman fanboy and almost any footage would make me happy.

It should tell WB something if even a person like me is only satisfied with the teaser before TDKR and not blown away by it like I was with comic-con footage.

This kind of reminds me of the whole debacle that was the marketing for the leadup to Green Lantern (forget about for a second how bad the actual movie was and go back to before it was released) - remember how so-so/awful the initial trailers were? And then remember when that first Wonder-con footage was shown and released online and THAT'S when buzz for the film started to pick up and then they next trailers after that were again so-so. PART (small part but nevertheless) of the failure with GL was it's terrible marketing campaign and the initial skepticism of fans and the public alike to the initial trailers.

I was hoping WB learned something from that experience and tries to market MoS correctly, I don't know if they learned anything at all and even if MoS is phenomenal, if it doesn't get buzz leading up to it, it won't be as successful as we need it to be.

Just as I thought...they gave away such a cool trailer on comic-con that everyone prasied about, everyone. And now, you gave the public this....comparison is a bith, isn't it! God, WB you are so dumb! A massively BIG opportunity has been missed to let the public super hyped about this movie! F*cking you WB, so many years passed and you still didn't get it how to promote a cool superhero movie, damn you!!!
