neurosday @ they won't put Clark into the red and blue, because he hasn't matured and developed into Superman yet.. He isn't Superman until he understands and is willing to accept his destiny and that won't be until the end of Smallville. It's obvious you don't watch Smallville.

If you make a show about a guy becoming Superman, logic would dictate 10 years is long enough to make up his mind, and "Neoman" is not Superman, but he should be.

Is it wrong to love to hate Smallville? It just feels so right!

BTW, the effort put into her look was pitiful. I hate seeing DC charaters treated like this. The actors? They deserve it. The whores... But the characters, hero or villian deserves an epic touch.

Wow... Smallville must of blown its budget on "Absolute Justice"

They are making it so hard to take this show seriously. I mean that forrest backgroud looks like shit. It looks like the scenery of a low budget elementary school play.

Hopefully CGI will clean this up...

What's the problem? The lighting will made this outfit look fine. It's a good translation with a low budget. It will be fine. Smallville rocks.

LMAO! so this is what the crazy lady who lives in the woods looks like! I'm a big fan of smallville, and because it's network tv, i've understood some of the cheesy costumes on some of the guest characters, but this, is by far, the cheesiest of them all. Hilarious!

I don't understand why Smallville took this approach, but I think it shows effort...just in a very wrong direction.

And based on the synopsis for the episode, it seems like a filler and is supposed to have a lot of comedy. The "Small Talk" conversation is for this episode.

@Phinehas It is very possible to have a love/hate relationship with Smallville. My sisters and I have been doing it for years. Not so much this season, but we count every time they use the word "trust." I don't drink, but if I did, it would be a fantastic drinking game, especially when Lana was on the show.

I'm guessing they're taking a more realistic approach to the character.Instead of putting her in a costume like in the comics, they're putting her in tattered clothing, similar to her comic book costume.I really think that's how a banshee would look.

About the Superman costume.I've got to imagine the people who make Smallville probably aren't allowed to use the Superman costume on screen.Specifically, not the one we all know.And since they're gearing up to make a Superman movie, I'll bet whomever is in charge is it won't want the suit being used other than their movie.
