Batman has Lex's Kryptonite ring which he was given by Superman as a precausion if Im not mistaken?
There again, Superman could just drop a building on him from a distance that avoided the kryptonite radiation and just crush Bats. Seems pretty even to me (Joking, Supes would pwn)

Snyder seems to be approaching this film a lot differently than any of his others, which could be a good sign.

Superman could move at the speed of light and snap Batman's neck so fast he would never know what hit him, fight over!

batman beats superman pretty bad in Hush when ivy has control of him. it's this elaborate plot that involved luring supes below ground and then taking advantage of his refusal to hurt innocent people, batman put explosives everywhere so if Superman moved at super speed or used his heat vision, or basically fought back in any capacity, then the explosives would go off and innocent people in the city would die, and bruce knew that even under ivy's control supes wouldn't knowingly hurt innocent people. so he had to stand there and let batman repeatedly hit him with a kryptonite ring. although if i recall batman said it was like punching a stone wall and he broke every bone in his hand. then there is also the red kryptonite that ra's steals from batman (which batman made) and uses on superman to take him out in the tower of babel story.

Why is it there has to be someone asking "Who'd win in a fight this or that?!!" Why dont fans get that it's always up to the writers opinion and up to why those two would be fighting to begin with?!
Both Batman and Superman got beat up before by people considered inferior to them coz writers found it convinent. There were stories when Batman kicked Superman's ass and others where it was the other ay around. And I admit as a Batman fan I enjoyed how Batman often dwarfed Superman and other heroes by his superior intellect but then you know what? I realized that it's redicilous to just keep throwing such garbage fights coz if you think about it and about what makes those two guys the greatest of all heroes it's that they are out there to make the world a better place not to fight each other... Sure they might argue or exchanbge a few harsh words every now and then but I dont believe in Batman clashing with Superman unless the latter was under some kind of mindspell control or the other way around.. and in such presumed fight it's only natural according to comic-book rules that the righteous win.
So, fellow bat-fans drop the bullshit... Batman doesnt need to be tossed into meaningless fights or to be superhuman to be the better hero.... and bat-haters, get a life already... bashing Batman wont make him any less cooler any time soon.

@ marvel72 - i agree mate, thats one thing i liked about that video grif kept posting with bats against predators, the suit looks badass, and if they go with the tall thin mask like in arkham asylum and not the frumpy one from the nolan films ill be stoked. Thats one thing i dont like about nolans batman, the only one thing in fact... the frumpy mask.

@ everyone else - posting what happens in a comic book is bad, you are taking a writers biased opinion, and making your favourite into some god like creature. If the 2 characters were real, and were both willing to kill, superman is quick enough and strong enough to punch batmans head clean off of his shoulders long before bats has a chance to try anything. Im not even a huge fan of supes i prefer batman, but that is what would happen.

@Cross- Yes I agree...Christian Bale IS cooler and overall better than Routh. But you're wrong about Batman being better than Superman.

At the end of the day when it comes right down to it, Superman would kick Batman's ass. It would take him half a millisecond. I mean anyone lucky enough with a gun could take out Batman, in terms of superheroes he's actually one of the weaker ones. It's just because he's so popular within the fan community that the writers have no choice but to make him out like he's Charlie Sheen on a winning streak! But he isn't, because Charlie Sheen has tiger-blood man!
