First Batch Of Set Photos For TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES 2 Surface

With the recent news of Brian Tee being added on the cast of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 as The Shredder, the first set photos have surfaced that feature Stephen Amell as Casey Jones, and Megan Fox, as reporter April O’Neil. Hit the jump to check them out!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 have officially started filming, and what better to kick off production than seeing some brand new set photos featuring Arrow's Stephen Amell as Casey Jones and Megan Fox who respires her role as April O'Neil from the first film in the franchise! Even though the set photos doesn't reveal Stephen Amell suited up, it does give us something to speculate! If you check out the final two images below of Megan Fox, she's carrying an item in her hand. What could this be? Mutagen maybe? What do you think? Impeccable acting may not be required for a film like this, however I do hope Amell takes it up a notch compared to his quality in Arrow...

While I agree on the quality of Mr. Amell's acting, his blank stares into the abyss while talking on Arrow being my biggest critique..(obviously reading off cue cards btw) I still think he'll act circles compared to whatever you would call what Megan Fox did in the first TMNT...she was pathetic! I can't even watch that movie she is SO BAD!

I literally tried watching it a second time through redbox with my sister and her BF (both turtle fans) and they made me turn it off because she was just so laughable in it!

I wouldn't necessarily say 'good' for Stephen as he deserves better. This doesn't help the "haters" because Stephen has landed a gig in what will most likely be a terrible movie, but at least Stephen's been in some past roles that have been great such as Hung, for example.

And can we really get of rid morons on here that are saying he's reading off of cue cards?

@MisterSuperior I agree that the movie will probably be spit on by movie critics, but it will probably make a lot of $ and be at #1 a couple of weeks. That is why I am happy for Amell. He works hard, and a big budget movie will look good on his resume even if it's TMNT.
