Critics didn't love it and the response from longtime fans was more than a little mixed, but Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was a box office hit last year. It didn't take long for a sequel to be officially announced, and that's set to be released on June 3rd, 2016, with the original cast returning alongside new additions Stephen Amell (as Casey Jones) and Tyler Perry (as Baxter Stockman). 

So, what's the verdict? Stephen Amell has already been spotted on set with the hockey stick, but this first official image (not including those vehicle photos) from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 reveals that the Arrow star will have the mask that the character is so well known for. I rather dig the mask. My wishlist for the character is he has a crazy flair reminiscent of the Casey Jones from the 80's cartoon. AKA Duke Jones, AKA Casey Nukem. Heh...you get the picture...

Without the hair, he's just Stephen Amell. Not Casey Jones. Also he looks to clean. He doesn't really look like he comes from the NY streets at all.

The kiwi haircut kills it. Even a hood would be better. Mask looks kind of cool, just too big on that head. Almost like a kid wearing a mask of a predator.

Well, I wasn't impressed with Megan Fox and the Turtles 4 part 1… They picked up the Arrow my faaaaaaavorite actor, NOOOOOT. This might be a wait for HBO movie.
