Minka Kelly (Dove) has shared a brief video from the rainy set of DC Universe's Titans, seemingly giving us a first glimpse of her castmate Brenton Thwaites suited-up as Nightwing in the process.

The footage is very blurry and the actor is covered by a poncho, but some brightened-up screenshots do appear to reveal a blue chest logo, even if the exact design is almost impossible to make out.

Dick Grayson burned his Robin costume last season, so unless he's decided to don the mantle of the Boy Wonder again, there's a very good chance this is Nightwing. Not the most exciting first look, but now that this tease is out there, perhaps an official image is imminent.

Tell us, have you been enjoying season 2 of Titans so far? Drop us a comment in the usual place.

Only one angle is truly important when determining the quality of a Nightwing costume.

Comic accurate costume... oh wait... you can’t see it. Ehh, guess we’ll have to wait.

If Titans ever adapt Red Hood I wonder if they’ll do a time skip because the guy that does Jason Todd looks way too young for the Red Hood version.

@WruceBayne - Well he just became Robin in the show, so the actor might actually be the right age for the Red Hood by time they get there. Assuming that Jason is gone for at least a season after his "death".
What I'm wondering is whether or not Joker is killing Jason in this version or if it's going to be one of the team's villains.

@dnno1 - That blue filter is [frick]ing annoying! Who really thinks that looks good?

@Battabing - It's supposed to set a certain tone. They just came of a cataclysmic event. I guess things would be sunny, and bright, but its a crime scene. Just keep in mind that this is not Justice League, which it seems not enough people liked.

@dnno1 - I don't recall a distracting blue filter slapped on the JL film.

@Battabing - and obviously not enough people liked Justice League (although there were scenes that had the dark red filter).

Directly into my veins please. At first I just wanted to just finally have a live action Nightwing, but after the first two episodes of season 2 I’m really quite excited about this version.

Nightwing is cool - but I'm still not ready to buy into this service with just a mediocre Titans season 1, decent Doom Patrol, and canceled Swamp Thing.

Brenton better have the booty for that suit

That must be their Season finale. Surely design wise it will easily deliver.

The last and technically official "1st ep" of S2 was fine, it's another slow build up to whatever confrontation awaits the team against Deathstroke. There is some history with the former Titans team which Jason seems to know of but I bet the rest and specially Dick still aren't aware of. The upcoming ones should flesh out more stuff.

Maybe they'll let Roy Harper/Arsenal appear near the end because he was teased in the last one too.

Anyone who's started Season 2 so far - do you think I could skip Season 1 and jump straight in here?

Never watched the show before but I tried watching the pilot yesterday and it was terrible. Somehow both completely over the top (in terms of edginess and violence and unnecessary shit) and incredibly boring at the same time, and I'm not sure I wanna watch any more. Having said that, I've heard Season 2 already seems better and they've fixed the tone too.
