Watchmen: The Director's Cut, scheduled to premiere at San Diego Comic-Con with select screenings across America the week before, can already be downloaded as a torrent, Bleeding Cool reports.

Director Zack Snyder's extended cut is 25 minutes longer, making the film just over three hours long, and reportedly features the death of a supporting cast member that wasn't shown in the original movie.

The director's cut and original theatrical version will be available on DVD and Blu-ray from July 21.

Wow Kev, looks like you are getting over your scared-ness of bodily function talk. Nice. And I do agree with you Keven, already paid obnoxouis price in theatre, then one crappy download should be freebie.

Watched the director's cut the other night and it does have all the scenes detailed in previous post 'Full List Of "Watchmen Directors Cut" Additions'. It is much better than theatrical release. I found having read the book, watching the movie and the motion comic DVD the new cut was seemless. It never felt longer, it was if you were watching the movie a second time and that you were simply recollecting more details about the film.
Can't wait to buy it on Blu-Ray![I suppose I should buy a machine first].

I watched the director's Cut last night. Personally I thought it was very good and can't wait for the dvd to be released properly so I can get it. The Hollis death scene was really well done, the flashes of his past showing he was still a hero deep down

O_O What the hey LEEE777. There is something seriously wrong with that kid. That's deeply disturbing.
In other news: I can't wait for the directors cut, or rather, I CAN wait and I plan to see it in the weekend theatrical release. And then I may or may not be buying it. I know I'll buy the extended version though.
