It's very brief, but FX has unveiled the first official footage from season 2 of the superb Legion, and it gives us a look at the returning David Haller (Dan Stevens), Lenny (Aubrey Plaza) and more....

The following Fearless teaser provides our first glimpse of some footage from the highly-anticipated second season of FX's Legion, which is set to return to our screens this April.

In the season 1 finale, David (Dan Stevens) was whisked away by a mysterious orb, but here we see that he makes it back in one piece... well, physically, anyway. We also get brief glimpses of Syd (Rachel Keller), Ptonomy (Jeremie Harris) and Cary (Bill Irwin), as well as Lenny (Aubrey Plaza) and Oliver (Jemaine Clement) who are both still under the influence of The Shadow King. But hey, at least they made it "someplace warm."

Cool, trailer parts looked good. I hope this season is stronger than the first. I would like to see BOTH uniqueness AND strength in episodes for season 2.

Season 1 blew away everything single comic book tv show & hell even movies too

The show is sooo well directed & full of style in its production & editing & storytelling & design its amazing to watch

I am honestly so in love with the first season of this show. Love how crazy and weird it was, but still had a story to tell. Hoping season 2 pushes the bar!

Not going to lie, I still haven't finished Season 1, but have to agree that Dan is an excellent actor. Blew me away with his performance in The Guest.

Also can we get Dan as Constantine.

@SimplyAz - got to at least get to the second last episode. That was the peak of the show for me, it was so creative and beautiful. The finale was ok but seemed a step down to me. But that penultimate episode is must see tv.

Of all the things being released in the next few years that we know about, my excitement is probably highest for this, Game of Thrones final season, and Venom. Can’t wait.

Although if there are any fans who’ve got it all figured out in here, I’ve got a question. In interviews they’ve made it sounds as if Plaza’s Lenny will be explored here as a character sort of being used by the Shadow King, like a hostage whose form he takes. That makes no sense to me because for one thing, Lenny died, so i figured the Shadow King just uses her form. But the question I have is, what was with the whole Lenny vs Benny plot in S1? Everyone in reality said David’s friend was actually Benny, not Lenny. Where were they going with that? What was the point of it? What happened to Benny? Why replace David’s memories of Benny with Lenny?
Gaaaaah too many mysteries...
