MOON KNIGHT: Marc Spector Is Ready For His Close Up In New Promo Art For The Disney+ Series

Another new batch of Moon Knight promo art has been revealed, this time offering a detailed look at Marc Spector's (or should that be Steven Grant?) superhero costume and a lot of Egyptian imagery...

We got our first look at Moon Knight earlier this month, and as we get closer to the show's release, even more promo art is beginning to surface. This latest batch comes courtesy of t-shirts that are slowly finding their way into stores, and, as you can see below, Marc Spector is front and centre.

Aside from heavily featuring Egyptian imagery, this artwork don't necessarily reveal any new story details. However, we do get another look at the unhinged vigilante's mystical costume as he strikes an iconic pose fans of the comic books will definitely appreciate.

It's interesting to see Spector get a "living" costume that wraps itself around him, but it arguably makes sense in this case. After all, Marvel Studios is clearly embracing Moon Knight's history as a monster hunter rather than a Batman-like superhero prowling New York City. There's nothing to say that won't eventually be tackled, but this feels like a better direction to head in as we explore the MCU's supernatural side.

The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.

Moon Knight stars Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke and May Calamawy. Mohamed Diab and the team of Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead directed the episodes (there's no mention of George Clooney). Jeremy Slater is the head writer, and Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Mohamed Diab, Jeremy Slater and Oscar Isaac are the executive producers.

Moon Knight premieres on Disney+ on March 30.

@BlackBeltJones - these panels are amazing. Even though most are fake, it's fun to see them

@BlackBeltJones - I know moon knight probably will have a serious tone, but if they don't do one of these memes, preferably him calling someone a big [frick]ing nerd, it's a serious missed opportunity 🤣

I just wish these shows weren't week to week I felt like only Wanda vision and Loki were worthy of appointment television.

@Oberlin4Prez - I seriously disagree. They all work better with a week between them imo. Of course YMMV.

@JDL - I mean, to each their own. I just feel the mystery aspect of those shows warrants the week to week thing because it keeps you guessing. Idk.

@Oberlin4Prez - Well to be fair it keeps subs up longer. Netflix imo is going to find it damn near impossible to change from their current binge like a mad weasel approach which could easily lead to subbing and un-subbing 2-3 times a year. That result will dang near ruin them.

What mainly stops that is either people too lazy to unsub or multi-season (5+) 22ish episode TV shows that you can't go thru all that quickly. Netflix is losing those kind of shows at an alarming rate and subscribers are getting more willing to dip in and out. Oh a homegrown long running 22ish episode would do that too but Netflix hasn't ever had one of those.

@Oberlin4Prez - I disagree, if they dumped all the episodes in one day, the buzz for the show will last shorter than a traditional week-to-week format.

@ModHaterSLADE - I’m still on the fence about the suit, especially the mask. I need to see more of it in live action to give me a definitive opinion on if I like it or not.
