She-Hulk: Attorney at Law proved to be a fairly divisive show overall, but even its staunchest defenders would have to admit that some of the VFX work on the main character left something to be desired.
Though Jennifer Walters' sensational alter-ego looked perfectly fine most of the time, certain shots just came across as rushed, and the character didn't always blend in seamlessly (to say the least) to her environment.
Even so, the Disney+ series has been nominated for an award recognizing the "outstanding" visual effects utilized to bring She-Hulk to life.
Nominations for the 21st annual Visual Effects Society Awards have been announced, and Attorney at Law received a nod for "Outstanding Animated Character in an Episode, Commercial, or Real-Time Project."

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law follows Jennifer Walters as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk. The nine-episode series welcomes a host of MCU vets, including Mark Ruffalo as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong.
The cast also includes Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry. Executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kat Coiro and Jessica Gao. Co-executive producers are Wendy Jacobson and Jennifer Booth.
All episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law are now available to stream on Disney+. There's been no word on a second season.
