Caleb Landry Jones Won't Be Back As Banshee For X-MEN: DOFP

After speaking to Jones himself, Shocktillyoudrop's Ryan Turek has Tweeted out confirmation that the young actor will not be reprising the role of Banshee in Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days Of Future Past. Is this a big loss, or are you not too bothered?

Bryan Singer has assembled a sprawling cast for his new X-flick, comprised of characters from both his old continuity and the one Mathew Vaughn brought to us with X-Men: First Class. But one actor from that movie who won't be joining former cast mates Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult and Jennifer Lawrence is Caleb Landry Jones - who did a pretty good job as Banshee, despite the whole not being Irish thing!

We can probably also rule out any of the other cast members from First Class that haven't already been announced at this stage, as shooting begins very soon.
