@Dynamo...LOL!!!! good one dude...I'm sorta meh on any kind of adaptation of Wizard of OZ. If it took them this long to just start making the books into big budget movies, you know Hollywood is in trouble. Plus this is supposedly a musical too...really....your not gonna top the original, nothing ever will

The original is in my top ten movies; always my favorite as a kid and still is to this day.

I never liked the original, the books are way better and the original doesn't follow the books very well at all.

These words and the voice that carried them will forever be in my mind:
"Toro, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore."
"We must be over the rainbow."

And that's because they were used as an opening of the Rainbow concert, followed by Ritchie Blackmore's guitar lick of "Over the Rainbow" followed instantly by his opening lick for "Kill the King"

Ohhhh... the golden days of rock n' roll.

Meh. The original is good, "Return to OZ" was kind of creepy, "Scrubs" episode was really smart, this just looks like Candyland part two.

This can really be BETTER than Tim Burton's Alice in Underland, I mean, in Wonderland.

1: Oz the Great and Powerful
2: The Wizard of Oz
3: Return to Oz

As far as I am concerned, these three films are the canonical Oz trilogy. To hell with everything else.
