Marvel has released a new video featuring the cast of Avengers: Age of Ultron as they discuss returning alongside director, Joss Whedon, for the sequel. The video also offers some brief snippets of new footage along with a look at what goes on behind the scenes.


 
Avengers: Age of Ultron is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is intended to be the sequel to 2012's Marvel's The Avengers and the eleventh installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film was written and directed by Joss Whedon and features an ensemble cast that includes Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Anthony Mackie, Hayley Atwell, Idris Elba, Stellan Skarsgård, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, the Avengers must work together to defeat Ultron, a technological enemy bent on human extinction.

I hope that the Dr Cho character isn’t just shoehorned in the film to appeal to the Chinese/Korean market rather than actually serve a narrative purpose. She may be one character too many, plus she isn’t a character from the comics and while I’m good with creating original characters (look at Coulson), I don’t see how she fits when we already have a big ensemble of characters to deal with.

Dr Cho could be Amadeus Cho's mother. Heck they could pull a Jenny Olson and actually have her be a gender swapped Amadeus (I highly doubt and sincerely hope that isn't true).

The chemistry just seems amazing. I can't wait! They all seem like friends....that crew than can still have fun after not seeing each other for a while Damn Cap got [frick]ed up on that ultron bot tackle.

I have a question. Can someone help me out. Joss Whedon is not doing Avenger: Infinity Gauntlet. The Russo brothers are. My question is are the Russo's just directing or are they going to write it also?
